Having been a young recruiter for several reputed companies and having gone through the job orientation process in the Netherlands myself I picked up some tricks for effective job orientation. Important to remember is that orientation goes hand-in-hand with profiling and visibility and is therefore a valuable step in the process to getting the right job.
