Stress is all too common within the workplace. If one looks at the bigger picture, there will be two groups. There are those that have absolutely no problem dealing with their daily tasks while others are on the verge of submitting their resignation letters. If you belong to the second group but cannot afford to leave your job just yet, or perhaps you love your job but there’s just something that makes you want to quit, then there’s something that you can do to alleviate stress and continue your employment with a more positive attitude.
