Unless we absolutely adore our jobs, we tend to get burned out after a long period of time. Starting from a small dread that we get every time we wake up, we eventually start hating our jobs and think about quitting. Sometimes, even managing job stress isn’t enough. However, there’s a time and place for everything. There may be good reasons to leave a profession where we no longer feel attached to, but there are countless reasons for you to not quit; at least not yet.
If you have at least a ray of hope in the company, if you feel like things will turn around and get better, then you might want to stay a little longer.
